Accessibility Statement

This statement was reformulated on September 8, 2025, and is based
on the currently available information on the accessibility of The Amauris
Vienna and on an assessment by expert third parties (e.g.,
an external audit provider).

1. Compliance with accessibility standards

This accessibility statement applies to the website of The Amauris Vienna and any associated mobile applications or digital booking platforms (e.g., shop or voucher areas).

The Amauris Vienna strives for compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and the European standard EN 301 549 within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
Currently, the website and mobile application are partially compliant with
these requirements.

2. Non-accessible content & exceptions

a) PDF documents (e.g., gift vouchers) PDF documents downloaded via the website or app may contain elements such as alt text or tags that are not preserved correctly after printing. As a result, the printed version may not be accessible. However,
digital access remains largely barrier-free.

b) System-generated emails and receipts

Automatically generated emails (e.g., booking confirmations, receipts) do not currently fully comply with accessibility requirements. Improvements are already being planned and will be implemented in the near future.

3. Disproportionate burden

No disproportionate burdens are currently being claimed for the aforementioned non-accessibilities.

4. Legal scope of application

The above-mentioned content — in particular printouts of printed PDFs — does not fall within the scope of such requirements with regard to the applicable accessibility regulations, unless it is available in a digital, accessible form.

5. Review & creation of the declaration

This declaration was created based on an assessment by a specialized provider who developed and audited the website and has already implemented necessary measures to improve accessibility (e.g., audit service provider Incert or similar).
